The Planning, Fair, and Exhibition Center is located in the heart of Ha Long City, on Tran Quoc Nghien Street, next to the 30/10 Square, one of the most beautiful streets in Ha Long City. The Center enjoys convenient transportation, with visitors only needing 5-10 minutes to walk along the stunning coastal road to reach the venue..
On Tran Quoc Nghien Street, in Hong Hai Ward of Ha Long City, visitors will encounter the uniquely designed and eye-catching Dolphin Pavilion. The Pavilion is located on the beautiful coastal road of Quang Ninh Province, in close proximity to the Quang Ninh Museum and 30/10 Square, making it easily accessible and easy to find.
EVENT ORGANIZATION SERVICES
This structure resembles a work of art situated next to Ha Long Bay, officially opening in October 2016. The Dolphin Pavilion is a venue for displaying urban planning projects, hosting exhibitions, promoting, and honoring the cultural, social, and tourism achievements of Quang Ninh Province. It also serves as a cultural exchange hub and a venue for organizing trade fairs, both domestic and international.
The flags of the 10 ASEAN countries, along with the flags of three invited guests—China, Japan, and South Korea—were prominently displayed at the "ASEAN+3 Singing Contest.
The Pavilion covers a construction area of 20,700 m² and a floor area of 31,194 m², divided into two sections:
- Exhibition Hall: A complex featuring approximately 300 exhibition booths, a large auditorium with 1,000 seats, designed with a dome-shaped shell roof that reaches a height of 21.5 meters.
- Urban Planning Display Hall: Designed in a large arc shape stretching from east to west. This section includes a lobby, urban planning display area, refreshment services, representative offices, and more.
Additionally, there is an outdoor exhibition area with around 350 booths, internal roads, parking lots, green spaces, lawns, and fountains.
Notably, the Dolphin Pavilion also houses a fully equipped auditorium with modern sound systems, speakers, projectors, lighting, and a spacious, luxurious environment with a large seating capacity.
