Our teams

The members of the Sponsorship Management Department work directly with sponsors and conference delegates. Their responsibilities include: soliciting and managing sponsorships, arranging logistics for delegates, compiling and developing the conference program content, and handling secretarial tasks during the conference.

With a spirit of breakthrough and hearts full of passion, the Technical Department team always works together and is responsible for various areas: site checks, surveying the venue, creating the event layout, designing conference materials, and setting up and constructing exhibition booths.

With a creative spirit and always operating at 200% energy, the PR team focuses on developing strategies, promoting the image, creating content, producing materials, and planning communications before, during, and after the conference.

The Accounting - Administration Department, as the name suggests, is responsible for managing finances, quotations, estimates, contract negotiations, and other logistical tasks during the event.
